The SAGER SL plus under-roof membrane is a high-quality, three-layer under-roof membrane that is welded with hot air or swelling welding agent. We offer the right accessories for connections and details with our complete system.
SL Plus at a glance
The SAGER SL plus under-roof membrane is a robust, homogeneously weldable and highly diffusion-open under-roof membrane. It can be welded with hot air or with the appropriate swelling welding agent. For welding with hot air, we recommend a temperature of 200°C - 220°C, whereby the outside temperature and the temperature of the substrate must be taken into account.
The under-roof membrane is available in 1.5m x 50m and 3m x 30m. The 3m version is preferable for larger roof areas, as fewer welding seams are required.
Swiss Building Envelope Seal of Quality
The SAGER SL plus under-roof membrane is certified with the Swiss Building Envelope seal of approval. It therefore fulfils qualified requirements that go significantly beyond the standard requirements and provide an approximation of the real conditions and service life of under-roof products. In addition, the manufacturer must provide an unlimited guarantee of 10 years in order to receive the seal of approval. In the event of defects, all repair costs (including all preparation and restoration work) and damage (including consequential damage) must be reimbursed.
Eaves connection
The SAGER SL plus eaves connection membrane can be used for the eaves connection. This comes with a 40 cm wide PVC strip, which is already welded to a 30 cm wide strip of SL plus underroof membrane. The PVC strip ensures the required UV resistance in the eaves area and can be attached to the flashing with the butyl rubber tape.
Pipe sleeves provide a reliable seal for pipe penetrations in the roof area.
The pre-folded Corner pieces can be used for sealing roof windows, for example.
