The SAGER FS-PRO façade system offers the optimum substructure solution for rear-ventilated façades.
The thermal bridge-free bracket serves as the basis for excellent U-values and is specially designed for timber construction. Thanks to the bracket head, a 60/60 mm timber batten can be used in the outer insulation layer. The façade membrane can be easily attached and the rear ventilation grid can be screwed in as normal.
The first insulation layer is fixed with the SAGER insulation holder. We recommend 5 insulation holders per square metre.
The second, outer insulation layer is always 60 mm thick and can simply be pressed between the 60/60 mm wooden battens. Based on the bracket division, the insulation can be cut to the required width ex works to reduce the time required and unnecessary residual material.
The SAGER sky light covering membrane is the ideal façade membrane for closed façade cladding.
The SAGER facade membrane facade, black and very UV-stable, can be used for open facade cladding with a maximum joint ratio of 40% and a maximum joint opening of 50 mm.
Both sheets are available in two widths, 1.5 m and 3.0 m. Thanks to the integrated self-adhesive strip, the overlaps can be glued quickly and easily.

The SAGER FS-PRO MinTop façade system is a substructure solution for rear-ventilated façades that combines the FS-PRO thermal bridge-free bracket with the MinTop adjusting screw.
The thermal bridge-free bracket serves as the basis for excellent U-values and is specially designed for timber construction. Thanks to the bracket head, one 60/60 mm timber batten can be used per storey. The façade membrane can be easily attached.
The rear ventilation slats are pre-assembled on the horizontal batten and statically screwed into the substrate with the MinTop screw. Thanks to the special thread of the MinTop adjusting screw, the rear ventilation battens can be easily aligned.
The insulation layer is fixed in place with SAGER insulation holders.
