Flexible solutions for ventilated and compact façades

The SAGER façade systems are specially designed for ventilated rainscreen façades (VHF) and compact façades (WDVS). All systems are based on thermal bridge-free brackets made of aluminium-fibreglass and enable a two-layer insulation structure with high efficiency.

Depending on the project requirements, four variants are available, which differ in terms of load-bearing capacity, alignment capability and façade appearance and enable efficient planning and realisation.

SAGER PRO façade system

The FS-PRO basic system is ideal for demanding applications. With insulation thicknesses of up to 320 mm, it is also suitable for heavy façade materials. The construction consists of thermally separated brackets, a first insulation layer directly on the wall and a 60 mm thick doubling between wooden battens.

The substructure securely holds both the façade membrane and cladding and can be installed completely dry - ideal for energy-efficient new builds and renovations.

SAGER PRO MinTop façade system

The PRO MinTop system supplements the basic system with an adjustment screw that can be used to level out unevenness in the substrate with millimetre precision. This reduces the need for brackets and further improves the insulating effect.

MinTop offers a precise and efficient solution, particularly for large, multi-storey façades with high visual requirements or for renovations with an irregular substrate.

SAGER PRO Light façade system

The PRO Light system is designed for lightweight façades up to 12 kg/m² such as timber formwork or smaller panels. Despite the lower load-bearing capacity, the structure remains free of thermal bridges and open to diffusion.

The compact bracket technology makes the system particularly economical and easy to install, which makes it ideal for detached houses, extensions or additions with light cladding.

SAGER PRO Compact façade system

The PRO Compact system is specially designed for compact rendered façades. Instead of a rear-ventilated cladding, a pre-rendered wood fibre board is used, which can be exposed to the weather for up to five months. This means that the outer layer can be completed at any time. This allows for flexible planning, regardless of the seasons or weather conditions, so that the interior work can continue without interruption even in cold seasons.

The system combines the advantages of a plastered façade with the physical safety provided by the bracket technology in the system substructure. This means that the property is ready for occupancy much sooner.
