Digital delivery notes at SAGER

From 15 June 2026, we will be switching our deliveries to digital delivery notes. This will reduce the use of paper and create a faster, more efficient and more sustainable process for you.

What is changing?

From 15 June 2026, you will no longer receive your delivery notes in paper form as standard, but electronically as a PDF by e-mail.
On delivery, the delivery note is signed directly on our driver's tablet. The signed delivery note is then automatically sent to the e-mail address stored in our ERP system.
If desired, an alternative e-mail address for sending this specific delivery note can be entered once directly on the tablet during delivery.

What happens if no one is on site?

If no person authorised to receive the goods is present during unloading, our driver will document the delivery with a photo. The delivery note and the photo documentation will then be sent to you electronically. This serves as confirmation of delivery.

When is the invoice triggered?

As soon as the digital delivery note has been sent, invoicing is also triggered automatically. This allows you to benefit from faster and more transparent processing.

Will there still be paper delivery notes?

In future, paper delivery notes will only be used if deliveries are made by external carriers or third-party companies.

Do you need to do anything?

No. The changeover will take place automatically for all customers from 15 June 2026.

By default, we use the main e-mail address stored with us as the dispatch address. If you would like a different address for the regular dispatch of your delivery notes, please let us know. Please note that only one fixed dispatch address can be stored per customer
